How much does it cost to repair car window and door handle on GEO Tracker?

I am thinking about buying a 1995 GEO Tracker for sale by the owner and am hoping to trim a few hundred off the $1500 sale price. On my initial walkaround, the only faults I noticed were that the driver side inside door handle doesn't work (you have to reach out and open it from the outside) and the windows can't roll up all the way. I haven't done a test drive yet, but can anyone tell me how much it might cost just to repair the inside door handle and both windows so they roll up and down? Are these repairs I (a novice) can do myself with the proper time, parts and instructions? Also, the window handle on the passenger side is missing the top piece--can that be easily and cheaply fixed or replaced?

the window shouldnt be a problem for a novice. Window usually are something really stupid. Pick up a service manual and it will show the operation. Should be an easy fix.
The door handle is easier, just pick up a part at a salvage yard for a few bucks.

As for the idiot comment from the Jeep lover. Ive had Jeeps, my family had Jeeps and so have others I have known. They are gas guzzling crap that breaks down on a whim. Only a fool would buy one. The Geo may be cheapish in initial quality(ugly factory paint colors), but it isn't crap and it a whole lot better investment for the buck. Easier to get parts for (Its sounds crazy but its true), cheaper insurance, easier on gas ect....
